OSH success at the 2025 Intelligence Corps Cadet Competition!

From 25 to 27 April, nine OSH cadets attended the annual Intelligence Corps Cadet Competition for the first time since our recent rebadging on 7 November.

During the competition we gained valuable insight into the wide-ranging roles of military intelligence such as Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Recognition (IMINT).  Each cadet led a strand to enhance their own leadership skills and understand the work to be able to reproduce it for lessons on future Thursday training sessions back at school.

The cadets enjoyed these strands which tested leadership, teamwork and communication – important skills for effective cadet work.  We competed against five other Intelligence Corps Cadet Units and came a very respectable second place: just three points behind the winners Bedford School.  This was an improvement of our third place last year; our first time engaging in Intelligence Corps activity.
