OSH has joined local organisations and businesses to support the St Thomas’s Church Christmas Tree Festival in Stourbridge.
Pupils under the guidance of Head of Art Miss Pincher and Artist Instructor Mr Longhi, made a variety of decorations in wood, clay and paper to decorate two six foot trees. The angels, stars and baubles all depict traditional Christmas themes, but in pride of place at the top of each tree is an angel or star decorated to celebrate the School’s 350th anniversary next year.
The Festival is open between 09.30 and 17.00 on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th December. On Sunday 11th, the church will be open to visitors from 11.30 until 17.00 between the regular church services at 10.00 and 18.30.
Admission is free, but money will also be raised for the children’s ward at Russells Hall Hospital.
